The Need Has Never Been Greater
Gen-Strong wasn’t created because skilled trades are disappearing—they’re more essential than ever. It was created because the people who built America are retiring faster than they’re being replaced.
Every day, experienced electricians, HVAC technicians, welders, plumbers, mechanics, carpenters, and countless other skilled professionals leave the workforce, taking decades of hard-earned knowledge with them. Meanwhile, employers across the country continue to report record difficulty finding qualified workers.
This isn’t simply a labor shortage—it’s a mentorship shortage.
Our mission is to preserve the knowledge of one generation by intentionally investing it into the next. Through mentorship, hands-on training, industry certifications, and faith-centered leadership, we believe we can help close one of America’s most critical workforce gaps while giving young people meaningful careers they can be proud of.
Gen-Strong exists to be part of the solution—not simply by training workers, but by building leaders, restoring mentorship, and ensuring the next generation is equipped with both the skills and the character to carry these essential trades forward.
